Can I change my hotel booking period or room type? |

Sure. Click the Modify buttons at the bottom of the booking section. This will enable the check in/out and room type fields. Choose the values you want and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. |

Of course not. The system knows how much you have paid and will never charge you for what you have paid already. |

What happen if I change the period of stay after I paid already? |

If your credit card has been charged already for the room, there will be a payment adjustment. In case you extend your stay (or upgrade the room type), we will charge for the difference. In case you shorten the stay, we will refund the difference, less than 10% handling charge calculated on the difference only. We need to charge this fee because of the double commission we have to pay to the credit card company – both on the payment and on the refund. |

Why is that? Why do I have to the pay for the room 6 weeks in advance? |

For those who feel uneasy about the long time advance payment policy and its implication, we would like to clarify that the policy was imposed by the hotel and is traded off for a big discount on the room rate. The rate for the hotel is double or more on every other website, including the hotel’s own website. We hope you still agree that we give you a good deal nevertheless. |

I would like to book part of the time in another hotel or room type, what should I do? |

Create a new record with a different username and the same personal details. In the new request, select the option “Hotel reservation only. I will register later or have already registered through a separate record”. Select period of stay and room type as you wish. In the flight information section under “number of passengers” select “airport transfer not required”. Submit the request. |

I need to book two separate periods because in the middle of the week I have to go to another place. What should I do? |

I have booked a room in Divan Hotel Antalya Talya already. Since there is now a cheaper option, can I change the reservation to another hotel?

The two hotels are not related to each other. If you want to change reservation, you have first to cancel your current reservation, pay the penalty, and then rebook the other hotel. |

I cancelled my hotel reservation and now I want to book at another hotel, but all the buttons in the Hotel Booking section are disabled and I cannot change anything. What should I do? |

The buttons are disabled because your record is locked until the first hotel receives your cancellation and confirms it. Once the cancellation is accepted your record will be unlocked and the “Modify” button will be enabled. |

I am updating my record and I’m not sure whether to click “Submit” or “Save”. I’m afraid that if I click Submit you will charge me twice.

We will never charge twice! Once your card is processed your record is changed to “Paid” status and the system will not try to charge it again. If you hit “Save” your changes are saved temporary, but we do not see them. You must hit “Submit” after all changes are done if you want the updates to be handled by the system.

I have been told I would need an invitation letter to come into Turkey. How can I get it? |

Please ask for an invitation letter in the "message to the organizers" field of the registration form. Please inform your nationality and passport number. |

No problem if you change it before we charge your card. If you change it after then we will have to credit your card, in that case we will have to deduct the handling charge because of the commissions we have to pay to the credit card company. |

Create two records with two usernames. In one record fill only the registration request, and use the appropriate payment method. In the other record fill the accommodation request, and check the option: "Hotel reservation only. I will register later or have already registered through a separate record". |

Will I get a hard copy bill? |

If you need a hard copy bill, go to your Invoice page and print it. If you need it to be manually signed, bring the print out with you to the meeting and we will sign it there. |

The registration form asks if I represent a national body, a liaison or JVT only. Why do you need to know and what if I am both a national body member and a liaison? |

We need to know because this will be reflected in your badge. If you are both a national body member and a liaison, choose how you want to be presented in your badge. |
