Registration and payment

Attending the MPEG/JVT meeting requires payment of a meeting facility fee, as follows:

If paid on or before December 1, 2007:	US$520
If paid after December 1, 2007:	US$570

The fee includes lunch for all pre-meeting and meeting days, i.e. Saturday till Friday, as well as light dinner during the Friday plenary.

Payment by credit card is available through this site. Regardless of when you supply the card details, your card will be charged not earlier than December 1, 2007.

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. However there is a 2% surcharge on payments with Amex.

Cancellation

Delegates are encouraged to register as early as possible. Credit cards will not be charged until December 1, 2007, and there will be no penalty on cancellation before that date.

In case meeting participation is cancelled after December 1, 2007, the facility fee payment will be credited less $50 handling charge.
